After the death of a dear friend and my dad, I wrote Navigating Grief and Loss: 25 Buddhist Practices to Keep Your Heart Open to Yourself and Others, and shared my experience and the tools I used to stay steady and open during the grieving process. Since it was released a couple years ago, I’ve also been leading classes and programs to support anyone struggling with death, loss, and change.
The next course I’m leading begins on May 1st, and if you join, you’ll learn that grief doesn’t have to destroy or overwhelm you. Using traditional meditations and modern techniques, I can show you how to cultivate patience and take care of yourself in the midst of loss. You’ll see that you can bring patience and openness to all your feelings and become a reliable and loving support for yourself or anyone you know who is struggling with the pain of loss.
This four-week program is an opportunity to bring gentleness and care to your body, mind, and spirit during the bereavement process. Together, we’ll rediscover and cultivate our inherent compassion and good sense to find ease and kindness through the pain and sadness of mourning, loss, and grief.
You can see all the details at this link. And, if the live session doesn't fit into your schedule, if you sign-up you’ll be able to access recordings and participate at your own convenience.
