Hello, I’m glad you found your way here! I’m Kimberly Brown, a meditation teacher, author, and Buddhist student. I’ve devoted my life to understanding how we can create happier, more loving, and wiser relationships with ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities by using traditional meditation techniques and modern self-compassion practices.
This newsletter is where I share simple yet powerful tools of mindfulness and lovingkindness meditation to help you navigate the challenges and changes of life. I also share my joys and challenges as follow this path of wisdom and connection too. I hope to inspire and remind you that it’s possible to develop your good sense, kindness, and love—it just takes a little effort and time.
Each week I share effective practices that I’ve learned through my years of training and study that support a monthly theme designed to steady your mind and develop your love and wisdom. My intention is to support you to establish a regular and sustainable meditation practice, and that’s why the weekly recordings are free and available to everyone until the end of the month. After that, only Paid Subscribers can access the recorded meditation archive.
You’ve probably guessed that teaching meditation isn’t the most lucrative career, but rather a labor of love and devotion. A Bit More About Me and My Work 🪴
For over fifteen years, I’ve taught thousands of people to develop the power of compassion and kindness. My work helps reconnect us to ourselves and others, heal broken relationships, and create deeper bonds with our partners, families, friends, and communities. I also provide private sessions with individuals to help them transform self-limiting beliefs to confidence and self-compassion, and learn to bring kindness to their body and mind for greater freedom, openness, and potential.
