Welcome lovely people! Please note the new format, which I’m offering to help you establish a regular and robust meditation practice. Starting tomorrow, you’ll receive a weekly meditation practice every Monday, which will support a monthly theme. This month we’ll learn concentration techniques to keep our mind firm and steady like a lotus flower with a strong stem and deep roots. I hope you’ll make a commitment to practice daily, and that you’ll share your experience to support yourself and the rest of us too.

Note that these weekly guided meditations will be available to free subscribers — but they will become archived after a few weeks.
