The Scaries get me every week. I usually spend Sunday relaxing and by early evening I start to feel anxious like I should have done more. You’ve helped me to be able to sit with these feelings.

P.S. The snow leopards were spectacular!

It’s interesting how the Scaries creep up on us — I think mindfulness helps to notice them early before they get too big. Thanks for your practice my friend 🤗!

Kimberly, You've may dealing with the Sunday Scaries sound very doable! The extra bonus is that we can apply the same technique whenever a wayward emotion appears!
